Retailers

Out-Of-Stock alerts to their local distributor contact in real time
resulting in faster resolution for increased sales.

Vendor Account managers must then analyze, and forward on to their
local distributors for resolution. This process can take 2-3 day to
resolve.
Through the Synergy program, this information
is sent in "Real-Time" directly to the local distributor resulting
in an average resolution of 4 hours.
