Synergy Enhances Scanning OOS's

Synergy Adds Valuable Scanning Feature to it's Arsenal 

Retailers scanning Out-Of-Stock SKU's now have the ability to create Vendor Out-Of-Stock alerts to their local distributor contact in real time resulting in faster resolution for increased sales.

The Synergy DSD Partner Program is already known for it's ability to empower the food retail industry with the tools to collaborate, communicate and increase over-all efficiencies with their DSD Vendors.

Now Synergy has added the ability to use store product scanners to create OOS "Service Issues" that alerts the vendor representative responsible for the retail store resulting in faster resolution.

Today retailers scan, collect and filter OOS data that is sent to their vendor partners generally the next day. Vendor Account managers must then analyze, and forward on to their local distributors for resolution. This process can take 2-3 day to resolve.

Through the Synergy program, this information is sent in "Real-Time" directly to the local distributor resulting in an average resolution of 4 hours.

This improved feature makes it even easier to scan multiple OOS's regardless of vendor association.
